ORDER AND CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, contact us on sales@zadazoutlet.co.uk or 08009991561 immediately. Cancellation will be impossible if the order has already been packed for shipping.

Claims for Missing/Damaged Items (Online Purchases)

Notify us of missing or damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving the goods through sales@zadazoutlet.co.uk or 08009991561. Claims after 7 days will not be honored. Check goods upon delivery.

Damaged Items
Inspect goods upon receipt. Notify us of damage within 48 hours for exchange. Collections Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-17.00 p.m.

Cancellation/Return of Made-to-Order Products
Cancel made-to-order products 3 days after order confirmation. Returns are within 7 days from delivery date, excluding made-to-measure items (e.g., beds/mattresses).

Returning Goods
Returns outside of consumer protection require Zadaz approval. Custom commissioned or special order items are not returnable. Refund will have the cost deducted and a pickup fee if we organize pickup. Refunds are facilitated by our Customer Service Office. For foreign orders placed through agents, returns are refunded by Zadaz to the agent address only.
